Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the agreement between you (“Controller”) and WEB IQ (“Processor”) for the processing of personal data through FetchRank.
Scope & roles
When we process personal data on your behalf to provide the Service, you are the Controller and we are the Processor. We process data only on your documented instructions.
Subprocessors
We engage subprocessors to deliver the Service, including Supabase, Stripe, Resend, and AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google). We remain responsible for their compliance and will provide notice of material changes.
Security
We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and IP hashing for abuse prevention.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data subject requests & deletion
We assist you in responding to data subject requests and will delete or return personal data upon termination, subject to legal retention requirements.
