This Privacy Policy explains how WEB IQ (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use FetchRank (the “Service”).
Information we collect
Account data: name and email when you create an account. Business data: the business names, locations, and categories you submit for analysis. Usage data: hashed IP addresses and basic device information used to secure the free checker and prevent abuse. We do not store raw IP addresses.
How we use information
To provide and improve the Service, run AI visibility analyses, process billing, send transactional email, and protect against abuse.
Third parties
We use trusted processors to operate the Service, including Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google) to generate analyses. Business names and queries you submit may be sent to these AI providers.
Data retention
Free check results are cached for a limited period (by default 7 days). Account and project data is retained for as long as your account is active.
