These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FetchRank, provided by WEB IQ. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service
FetchRank analyzes how businesses appear in AI search and answer engines and provides recommendations and automated fixes. AI outputs are probabilistic; we do not guarantee specific rankings, citations, or results.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, exceed rate limits, or submit unlawful content.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEB IQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
